Tuve un problema con mi thermomix tm-31, concretamente un Error 39. Contacte con ellos por whatsapp y me respondieron rápidamente. Me comentaron posibles causas del error y les envié la máquina. Me contestaron a los 1-2 dÃas mandándome fotos de los problemas de la máquina y dándome el presupuesto arreglando ese fallo y otros problemas que tenÃa la máquina. Acepté el presupuesto y en menos de una semana tenÃa la máquina en mi casa de vuelta funcionando como nueva.Sin duda, cuando tenga otro problema con mi Thermomix acudiré a ellos.Recomendable.

Estoy contento con el servicio de Recicla Mix. En todo momento la comunicación ha sido inmediata y directa. El envÃo se ha hecho perfectamente, en buenas condiciones y con la máquina protegida. La reparación se ajustó a la primera estimación que me hicieron de forma remota. Muy contento con Recicla Mix! Profesionalidad y seriedad. Lo recomiendo.

Outstanding professional work. I had a problem with the board and had to ship it from Bulgaria to Spain. They didnt lie to me as they could have easily said that i need new board. They repaired it and polished it in order to prevent damage in the future. I didnt pay a lot. Furthermore the guy gave me instructions through Whats App when i needed help assembling the machine back. I loved the service and the extra effort. 100% recommend!!
